:: In order to implement the approved project according to Rule 5, the Ministry shall disclose the following matters and publish a notice in the major newspapers in Nepal and invite the Letter of Intent and such notice shall also be placed on the website as far as possible:-
(a) Brief Description of the Project,
(b) According to Section 3 of the Act, the manner in which the project will be implemented,
(c) Qualification of the person submitting the letter of intent,
(d) Ministry of purchase of documents related to the letter of intent and the fees for the same,
(e) the manner, last date, time and place of sending the letter of intent,
(f) date, time and place of opening of letter of intent,
(g) Basis for selection of letters of intent,
(h) Estimated date of decision on letter of intent,
(i) Other necessary things.
